NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Tennsun -- Hip-Hop artist Don Badgett has released his long awaited album, "Death to the Trap." Don is proud to drop music that discusses abandoning the 'trap lifestyle' for an alternative route to build generational wealth.

"Stop the killing, too many stories untold." says Don Badgett about his thoughts towards the 'trap life.' It is disheartening to see such talented individuals promote a lifestyle full of violence, drugs and death. Gun violence has created pain for many who have lost children, siblings and musical artists. Don is a father himself and knew that he wanted to teach his children and the uprising generation that there are different, legal ways to create wealth. Often the 'trap life' is targeted towards underprivileged, black communities. Don Badgett grew up in this culture. His experience pushed him to graduate college and run a successful business. He believes in the power of change and encourages for change to occur in the black communities.
