BRENTWOOD, Tenn., June 11, 2024 ~ Premise Health, a leading direct healthcare provider, has once again been recognized as a top workplace in Middle Tennessee. The company received consecutive designations from The Tennessean and Great Place to Work for 2024, solidifying its position as a national and local employer of choice.
With over 6,000 team members across the nation, Premise Health has approximately 500 employees headquartered in Brentwood, Tennessee. This year marks the ninth consecutive year that the company has been named a top workplace by The Tennessean. In addition, Premise has held the top spot for healthcare organizations in the large employer category since 2017.
Stu Clark, chief executive officer of Premise Health, expressed his pride in the company's achievements. "Recognition as a top workplace for nearly a decade is a tremendous achievement for any organization," he said. "But for us, it's an affirmation of our decision this year to focus on team member experience, rallying around our belief that we're 'better together.'"

This focus on team member experience has clearly paid off, with Premise receiving its fifth consecutive specialty award from The Tennessean for its work/life flexibility offerings. Additionally, the company was re-certified by Great Place to Work for the fifth year in a row.
Great Place to Work is a leading global authority that annually surveys nearly 20 million employees on workplace culture. Companies are certified based on demonstrated satisfaction and trust amongst their employees. In fact, 87% of Premise team members who were surveyed stated that they believe Premise is a great place to work.
